Is Trackr really free?

Yes. The free tier gives you 15 job slots, 1 CV analysis per month, and 5 AI Coach messages - with no credit card required. You can use it indefinitely. Upgrade to Pro or Ultra only when you want higher limits.

Your CV is processed solely for analysis and is not stored longer than needed. We don't share your data with third parties, and the database is encrypted. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

I already track jobs in a spreadsheet. Why switch?

Spreadsheets can't analyze your CV, coach you through interview questions, or remind you of follow-ups. Trackr replaces the spreadsheet and adds the AI layer you're missing - without the 12-tab chaos.

Will the AI Coach actually help me prepare?

The coach knows your job search context - the roles you're applying to, your background, and your target companies. It's not generic ChatGPT advice. You can practice specific questions, work on STAR-method answers, and prep salary negotiation scripts tailored to your situation.

Can I cancel or delete my account?

Yes, anytime. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is permanently removed. For paid plans, you can cancel and you won't be charged again - you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
