How does it work?

The tool tokenizes the job description, strips English and Ukrainian stop words, counts frequency, boosts capitalized terms (brands and tools), and surfaces the top 25 keywords. If you add a CV, it highlights which keywords are present and which are missing. All processing happens in your browser, no text is sent to any server.

Why are some important words missing from the top?

The algorithm is frequency-based, so words that appear only once get lower priority. Capitalized terms (React, AWS, TypeScript) get a boost because those are usually brands and tools. If a term is critical for you, verify it is in the CV manually.
