These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Trackr platform, including the website at trackr.help, the application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, the user (the "User", "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms and by the Trackr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If the User does not accept these Terms, the User must not access or use the Service.
The Service is intended for use by individuals who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction and are capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service, the User represents that they satisfy these conditions.
Capitalized terms used in these Terms have the meanings ascribed to them at first use. References to "Trackr", "we", "us", or "our" are references to the operator of the Service.
Trackr is a job-search management platform offering tools for tracking job applications, AI-assisted CV building and analysis, career coaching, cover-letter generation, and interview preparation. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Trackr may, at its sole discretion, add, remove, or modify features at any time, subject to the notice obligations set out in Section 8.
The Service supports the User's own job-search efforts. Nothing in the Service constitutes a guarantee, representation, or warranty of any specific employment outcome, including offers, interviews, or salary levels.
The User must register with a valid email address and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. The User shall not share credentials with third parties or operate multiple accounts to circumvent quota or pricing rules.
Trackr offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Ultra plans. Each plan includes monthly quotas for AI-powered features. Quotas reset on the first day of each billing cycle, and unused quota does not carry over to subsequent periods.

Trackr reserves the right to adjust quota limits with prior notice via email or in-application notification, in accordance with Section 8.
Each natural person may operate at most one Trackr account. Operating multiple accounts to obtain quota, pricing, or promotional benefits available to a single account is prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts at Trackr's discretion.
4.1.1. All payments are processed by Monobank Acquiring. Trackr does not store full payment-card data. By providing payment details, the User authorizes Trackr to charge the saved payment instrument for the applicable subscription fees.
4.1.2. Only the 1-month subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period for a successive 1-month period, unless the User cancels prior to the renewal date. The 2-month and 3-month plans are one-time prepaid packs that do not auto-renew; access ends on the date shown in Account Settings and the User must repurchase manually to continue. The renewal charge for the 1-month plan equals the amount the User most recently paid on the same plan, including any Promo Code discount applied at the original time of purchase. A Promo Code discount applied at sign-up establishes the User's ongoing subscription rate and persists across all subsequent renewals until the User cancels or changes plan. A Retention Offer discount applied under Section 4.3 is, by contrast, single-use: it is consumed by the next scheduled renewal and the renewal after that returns to the pre-offer rate. The exact amount of the next scheduled charge is always shown in Account Settings prior to the renewal date.
4.1.3. The User may cancel a subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; access to paid features is preserved until that date. Cancellation does not entitle the User to a refund of any portion of the current period.
4.2.1. Trackr may, from time to time, issue promotional codes (each, a "Promo Code") granting a percentage discount on a subscription, a bonus period of paid access, or both. A Promo Code is a revocable, non-transferable benefit and not a contractual entitlement.
4.2.2. Each Promo Code may be activated only once per User account. Once activated, the same Promo Code cannot be reactivated on the same account, regardless of subsequent deactivation, plan changes, or cancellation.
4.2.3. A Promo Code may be limited as to the plan tier (Pro or Ultra) and calendar period during which it remains valid, and applies exclusively to the 1-month subscription. Multi-month prepaid packs (2-month and 3-month) are already discounted at purchase and are not eligible for additional Promo Code discounts. The discount conferred by a Promo Code is applied to the next paid charge on the User's account on the 1-month subscription, including a new purchase, a plan change, or one automatic renewal, whichever comes first within the validity window. After the Promo Code is applied to a single charge, it is consumed and is removed from the account.
4.2.4. Where a Promo Code includes bonus subscription days, those days are credited only as Pro-tier access and are added to any existing paid subscription period at the moment of activation. Trackr does not issue Ultra-tier bonus extensions on top of an existing paid subscription.
4.2.5. Removal or deactivation of a Promo Code by the User is final and irreversible. Upon deactivation, the discount is removed from the account, and any bonus subscription days previously credited by the same Promo Code are reversed. The User shall not be entitled to reinstate the Promo Code, receive a substitute discount, or claim any refund on account of such deactivation.
4.2.6. Trackr expressly reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, invalidate, or refuse to honor any Promo Code at any time and without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, redemption across multiple accounts, automated or scripted redemption, or distribution of the Promo Code outside the channels authorized by Trackr.
4.3.1. From time to time, at its sole discretion, Trackr may present a User who initiates subscription cancellation with a one-time retention discount applied to the User's next automatic renewal (each, a "Save-Offer Discount"). The provision of a Save-Offer Discount is a goodwill measure and not a contractual entitlement.
4.3.2. A Save-Offer Discount is valid only for a single auto-renewal charge on the User account on which it was accepted. It expires upon the earlier of (a) application to that renewal charge, or (b) expiry of the validity period stated to the User at the time of acceptance.
4.3.3. Save-Offer Discounts are not transferable between accounts, are not redeemable for cash or any other monetary equivalent, and may not be combined with any Promo Code or other promotional reduction on the same charge. Where both a Save-Offer Discount and a Promo Code would otherwise apply, only the Save-Offer Discount applies.
4.3.4. To prevent abuse of the cancellation flow as a recurring discount mechanism, Trackr enforces a cooldown period of ninety (90) days between accepted Save-Offer Discounts on a single User account. A User who has accepted a Save-Offer Discount shall not be eligible to accept another on the same account until the cooldown has elapsed.
4.3.5. Trackr further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold Save-Offer Discounts entirely where, in Trackr's reasonable assessment, the User's pattern of cancellation and re-subscription suggests that cancellations are being initiated primarily to obtain repeated discounts.
4.4.1. Trackr may, at its sole discretion, modify the published price of any subscription plan. Where such modification affects the User's then-current plan, Trackr shall provide notice via email or in-application notification at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the new price taking effect.
4.4.2. The new price applies only to renewal charges occurring after the expiry of the notice period. The User retains the right to cancel the subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal in order to avoid being charged at the new price. A Save-Offer Discount or Promo Code that is active at the time of a price change remains valid in accordance with the terms accepted at activation.
4.5.1. A refund of the most recent subscription payment may be requested within seven (7) days of the initial purchase, provided that, during the current billing cycle, the User has made no more than three (3) AI calls (counted across all features combined) and has not exported any PDF resume.
4.5.2. Following a successful refund: (a) access to Pro or Ultra features is revoked immediately; (b) automatic renewal is disabled, and the saved payment instrument will not be charged again until the User initiates a new subscription; (c) all User data, including resumes, tracked jobs, and history, is preserved on the account; the User reverts to Free-plan limits and may resubscribe at any time.
4.5.3. Current AI usage is visible to the User in Account Settings. By upgrading to a paid plan, the User acknowledges and accepts the conditions of this refund policy.
Trackr uses Anthropic Claude and other AI providers to power features such as CV analysis, coaching, text enhancement, cover-letter generation, and paragraph-to-resume parsing. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Trackr does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, including employment outcomes.
CV text and prompts entered by the User are transmitted to AI provider APIs for processing and are subject to the applicable provider's usage policies. Trackr does not use User data to train AI models.
The User is solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying upon or distributing it. The User shall not submit content to the Service that infringes the rights of third parties, contains personal data of others without lawful basis, or otherwise violates applicable law.

Breach of this Section 6 may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund and without prejudice to any other remedy available to Trackr at law or in equity.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost employment opportunities, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to use of or inability to use the Service. The aggregate liability of Trackr to the User for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Trackr in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Trackr may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that adversely affect features included in the User's current plan, Trackr shall provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email or in-application notification.
Where a material adverse change is communicated under Section 8.1, the User may cancel the subscription within the notice period and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the then-current period.
The User may terminate their account at any time from Account Settings. Termination by the User does not entitle them to a refund of any portion of the then-current paid period.
Trackr may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. Trackr may further suspend or terminate accounts where required by law or where continued operation would expose Trackr or the Service to material risk.
Upon termination, User data is retained for thirty (30) days before deletion, providing the User a window for export. After this period, data is permanently deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, save for records that Trackr is required to retain for legal, tax, or audit purposes.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where no resolution is reached within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.
11.1. Trackr may update these Terms from time to time. For changes that materially affect the rights or obligations of the User, Trackr shall provide notice via email or in-application notification at least seven (7) days in advance. Continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms.
