FAQ

Common questions about this CV

Do I need a health certificate to work as a cleaner?

For offices and malls, usually not. For hospitals, schools and food production sites, it is mandatory in most countries. Some retail chains ask for it even for sales floor cleaning.

What if I have only cleaned private homes?

List it honestly: number of homes, square footage and frequency. It is a normal entry point, especially for hotel and short-term-rental cleaning roles. References from clients help a lot.

Can I move from cleaner to supervisor?

Yes, especially in facility services companies. Most supervisors come up after 1 to 2 years of solid work plus willingness to train new joiners.

Should I name the specific chains or buildings I cleaned?

Absolutely. Naming a known retailer, hospital or hotel chain instantly signals the standards you worked under and the volumes you handled.
