Should I list specific destroyed equipment numbers on my CV?

Use aggregated metrics instead: target categories, hit rate, sortie count. Specific kills with location belong in classified debriefs, not in a public CV.

Is UAV operator experience valued in civilian companies?

Heavily. Surveying, agriculture, power line inspection, fire services, film, drone logistics. A combat pilot who can also build a drone is essentially an R&D engineer or test pilot ready-made.

What if I am mostly a recon pilot, not a strike operator?

Recon is its own valuable specialization. Lean into flight hours, optics, target counts and artillery coordination. That is a strong profile on its own.

How do I prove skills if I do not have formal certificates?

Flight footage, commander references and a build portfolio carry more weight in the drone world than paper courses. Curate them.
