- Active sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Screening candidates and conducting HR interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Managing candidate pipelines and ATS systems
Що очікуємо
- 1–2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience sourcing and hiring Software Engineers and other IT specialists
- Strong skills in LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search techniques
- Experience conducting HR interviews and candidate screening
- English level: B1+ (B2 preferred)
