By creating an account and using Trackr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Trackr is a job search management platform that provides tools for tracking job applications, AI-powered CV analysis, career coaching, and interview preparation. The service is provided as-is and may change or be updated at any time.

3. Free and Pro plans

  • The free plan includes limited usage (15 jobs, 3 CV analyses/month, 20 AI messages/month)
  • Trackr Pro raises all limits significantly (100 jobs, 30 CV analyses/month, etc.)
  • Trackr Ultra provides virtually unlimited access to every feature
  • Pro and Ultra subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are displayed in USD or UAH depending on your region

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Monobank Acquiring. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use AI features to generate misleading or harmful content

6. AI-generated content

Trackr uses Anthropic Claude to power AI features. AI-generated content (CV analysis, coaching messages, cover letters) is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

Trackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities or data loss.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
