• Email address and password (for authentication)
• Job applications data you enter (company, position, notes, etc.)
• CV text and analysis results (stored to power AI features)
• AI chat history (stored per session)
• Google Calendar tokens (only if you choose to connect)
• Payment information (processed by Monobank — we never store card data)

2. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Trackr service
• To process AI requests via Anthropic Claude API
• To sync your calendar events (only with your explicit consent)
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts)

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic Claude — AI features (CV analysis, coaching, cover letters)
• Monobank Acquiring — payment processing
• Google Calendar API — optional calendar integration
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

4. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at axlomonidlo@gmail.com.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights (GDPR)
