Що робити
- Searching, pre-screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles, including React Native, Back-end, designers, lead generation specialists, copywriters, and others;
- Building and testing sourcing approaches across LinkedIn, social media, job boards, Upwork, and other channels;
- Maintaining candidate databases and keeping recruitment data accurate and up to date;
- Gradually taking ownership of vacancies end-to-end: from clarifying the role requirements to coordinating interviews and collecting feedback.
- Supporting HR-related tasks and team activities during periods when recruitment workload is lower.
