Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to operate together, in large, coordinated teams — no pilots needed. Our technology has been battle-tested in Ukraine— the world’s most intense proving ground for drone warfare.
In March 2026, we became the first Ukrainian defense startup to go public on NASDAQ, following a $15M Series A — the largest investment in a Ukrainian defense tech company since the start of the war.
Working at Swarmer means operating at the intersection of engineering rigor and frontline reality. The problems and environments are complex, and the stakes are very real. We built this software to enable democratic nations to defend themselves.
If you are motivated by building resilient systems that matter and by seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll find purpose here.

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Sourcer with a gift for uncovering exceptional candidates in technical disciplines and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with the team. If you believe that great sourcing is a craft — not merely a LinkedIn search — this role is for you. We welcome candidates based in Ukraine or Poland.
What you’ll do:
Proactively source technical candidates through both established and unconventional channels
Partner with recruiters to shape sourcing strategy and build a robust, high-quality pipeline for every open role
Stay attuned to emerging sourcing trends, while piloting and rolling out new AI-driven tools
Craft tailored outreach for each role, designed to resonate with the right candidates
Screen candidates and uphold a high standard of communication throughout the process
Regularly analyze pipeline metrics and funnel performance, translating insights into concrete recommendations for improvement
Maintain and curate the candidate database, ensuring profiles in the ATS remain accurate and complete
Contribute beyond sourcing — you will engage in cross-functional projects to elevate the Talent Acquisition function and participate in collaborative knowledge-sharing sessions
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
Proven sourcing experience across the Ukrainian AND (EU OR US) market
Background sourcing for technical roles (Embedded, Integration Engineer, and similar)
Solid technical aptitude, with the ability to grasp and evaluate technical qualifications
A knack for unconventional approaches to candidate discovery and the ability to architect effective sourcing strategies
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, backed by tangible use cases and measurable outcomes
An experimental mindset and openness to creative recruiting approaches — or experience partnering with hiring managers who embrace non-traditional talent strategies
The ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while juggling multiple priorities with ease
Strong written and verbal communication, with a talent for networking and building genuine connection with candidates
Experience working with ATS platforms
Fluent, polished Ukrainian
English proficiency at B2 or above
Would be an advantage:
Experience with offline sourcing — attending conferences, meetups, and networking events
Hands-on experience with Ashby
Background in the Defense Tech / MilTech space
Experience working within a dynamic startup environment
What you’ll get:
A chance to shape the core autonomy and perception systems at the heart of Ukraine’s defense tech ecosystem and its international expansion
Direct impact in a high-stakes industry where security decisions carry real-world consequences
Professional growth through working with cutting-edge defense technologies and exposure to international security best practices
