Що робити

  • Drive IT services sales from initial contact to deal closure
  • Manage lead generation efforts and develop new client acquisition channels (Upwork and LinkedIn)
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, including C-level stakeholders
  • Participate in project estimation together with technical teams
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Що очікуємо

  • Proven experience in IT services sales and full sales cycle management
  • Experience working with SDRs and/or marketing teams
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Understanding of the estimation process and basic technical knowledge
  • Experience in Account Management and long-term client relationship building
