Що робити

  • We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Business Development Coordinator to support and coordinate our B2B sales process for complex AI, data, and software engineering opportunities.
  • This is a client-facing role focused on moving opportunities through the funnel, coordinating internal stakeholders, supporting discovery, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that every opportunity is properly organized from lead handoff to contract signing.
  • The role is ideal for someone who is structured, commercially minded, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple moving parts across sales, presales, delivery, legal, and procurement.

Що очікуємо

  • The ideal candidate has experience supporting technology or consultative B2B sales processes, strong business communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while working both autonomously and as an integral part of the Xenoss team.
  • 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
  • Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Deep understanding of complex and long-term b2b sales cycle and decision-making process
