Sales / Business Development Manager (B2B)

Що робити

  • Support outbound sales and business development activities
  • Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct initial outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
  • Maintain and update CRM records

Що очікуємо

  • 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, SDR, or Business Development roles
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher
  • Understanding of outbound sales and lead generation fundamentals
  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Що пропонуємо

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT services, or SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cold email outreach
  • Experience working with international clients
  • German language skills
