- Support outbound sales and business development activities
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct initial outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings
- Maintain and update CRM records
Що очікуємо
- 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, SDR, or Business Development roles
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher
- Understanding of outbound sales and lead generation fundamentals
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT services, or SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with cold email outreach
- Experience working with international clients
- German language skills
