Що робити

  • Research and identify target companies in IT, fintech, SaaS, and digital sectors
  • Build and continuously maintain a structured outbound lead pipeline
  • Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and direct calls
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
  • Present company services and value proposition to decision-makers (CTO, CEO, HR, Talent Lead)

Що очікуємо

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
  • Strong ability to generate leads independently (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
  • Experience targeting decision-makers in tech companies
  • High level of persistence and resilience in cold outreach
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills

Що пропонуємо

  • Existing network in tech startups or scale-ups
  • Experience selling IT services, recruitment, or nearshore/offshore teams
  • Familiarity with EU or US markets
  • Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools
