- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
- Present company services and value proposition to decision-makers (CTO, CEO, HR, Talent Lead)

- Experience targeting decision-makers in tech companies
- High level of persistence and resilience in cold outreach
- Strong commercial negotiation skills

- Existing network in tech startups or scale-ups
- Experience selling IT services, recruitment, or nearshore/offshore teams
- Familiarity with EU or US markets
