- Make outbound calls to registered users from a prepared contact database
- Present current promotions, offers, and bonuses
- Handle objections and keep the conversation engaging
- Guide customers toward the target action
- Answer inbound calls from customers who call back
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of sales experience, with a strong preference for phone sales (B2C sales, inside sales, telesales, outbound or call center sales, customer retention)
- Excellent spoken English: you must be able to hold fluent, confident conversations with U.S. customers by phone
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Energetic, confident communication style
- Results- and sales-oriented mindset
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in iGaming, casino, or sweepstakes (not required; we provide product training)
- Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (UTC−5)
- Three 15-minute breaks plus a 30-minute lunch
- Online office format: camera on and screen sharing during working hours
