LITSLINK is an international software development company working with clients worldwide and helping businesses build and scale digital products. We are looking for motivated people who want to start their career in IT Sales and grow into a Junior Sales Manager role. Previous experience in IT Sales is not required. We are open to career switchers and candidates from other fields who have strong communication skills, good English, and are interested in working with international clients.
What you will learn and work with
lead generation and client research;
searching for relevant projects and business opportunities;
analyzing client needs and pain points;
writing personalized proposals;
communicating with potential clients;
follow-ups and objection handling;
understanding the sales funnel and different stages of the sales process;
working with CRM and Sales tools;
building a systematic approach to client acquisition.
At the beginning, you will go through a practical learning and onboarding stage with experienced Sales professionals, working with real-life cases and practical assignments.
What we are looking for
English — B1+ / Intermediate or higher;
strong communication skills;
ability to clearly express your thoughts and maintain a conversation;
interest in Sales and business communication;
willingness to work with international clients;
proactivity and willingness to learn;
ability to accept and apply feedback;
responsibility and consistency.
Previous experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Support, Recruitment, Account Management, or working with international clients will be a plus, but is not required.
