FAQ

Common questions about this CV

Do I still need to write Terraform and YAML as a Team Lead?

Yes, but selectively. Your biggest impact is in code review and architecture. Daily module writing is better delegated, otherwise the team is underused.

How do I show uptime SLO if my company never tracked one?

Calculate it yourself from downtime alerts and post-mortems. Add a one-line methodology. That is stronger than a 99.99% number out of nowhere.

Are AWS or CKA certifications required for a lead role?

Not critical, but a plus during enterprise screens. Recruiters still value real AWS and Kubernetes experience over certificates if your stories hold up.

How do I describe cost wins without sounding like a FinOps-only lead?

Pair them with reliability: rightsize without latency loss, spot moves with a tested rollback path. Numbers in both dollars and percent at once.

What do I write about DevSecOps if a separate security team owns it?

Show the interface: secrets handling, vulnerability scanning in CI, IAM policies you co-designed. Recruiters value that you do not silo away from security.
