- Administer cloud telephony platforms (Twilio, Vonage, Voximplant or similar)
- Configure SIP trunks, routing rules, IVR, call queues and forwarding logic
- Support voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp communication channels
- Monitor service quality, spam reputation and delivery performance
- Investigate incidents using logs and provider tools
Що очікуємо
- Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP and IP telephony
- Experience with cloud communication providers
- Understanding of call routing and telecom infrastructure
- Experience troubleshooting production systems
- Comfortable reading logs and working with APIs
