Що робити
- ▪Communicate with internal stakeholders (business units within the company) to understand their needs and goals (this may extend to external clients over time)
- ▪Analyze requests and clarify unclear or missing details
- ▪Define business and functional requirements
- ▪Communicate requirements to developers, designers, and QA
- ▪Validate requirements and solutions with stakeholders and the team
Що очікуємо
- ▪Upper-Intermediate English or higher — for confident communication with stakeholders (initially business units, potentially clients over time) and for documentation
- ▪Basic understanding of Business Analysis and how software development works, combined with a genuine interest in growing specifically in the BA field
- ▪Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- ▪Good communication skills — you enjoy talking to people, listening, and asking questions
- ▪Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn
