- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project scope and objectives.
- Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring realistic planning and execution.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and areas requiring optimization.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on web and software development projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience in creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
- Proficiency in creating Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, wireframing, and prototyping.
