Що робити

  • End-to-end hiring. You run the full recruiting loop — from sourcing to offer — using AI and modern tooling to move fast, while applying sharp judgment where it matters
  • Proactive sourcing. You don’t wait for inbound. You combine outreach, data, and new technologies to find and engage the strongest candidates before competitors do
  • Hiring manager partnership. You work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, set expectations, and keep pipelines moving
  • Recruiting analytics. You track what matters, spot risks early, and use data to forecast hiring timelines and improve decision-making
  • How we get things done?

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in a product or startup environment
  • Proven track record hiring across both technical and non-technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (we use Ashby)
  • Comfortable working with recruiting analytics: funnel metrics, Time-to-Hire, pass-through rates, and using data to drive decisions and flag risks early
  • Ambitious and relentless — your effort and tenacity are on par with your drive
