- Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles, ensuring seamless execution from sourcing to onboarding, close global administrative and IT roles of various levels of complexity, including C-level.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, operations lead, and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives.
- Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates.
- Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience of end-to-end recruiting on a global market.
- Experience with various candidate assessment methods in closing administrative and/or C-level positions.
- Understanding of administrative hiring and executive search specifics.
- Solid skills in communicating and consulting senior management directly, effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
