- Full cycle of recruiting;
- Full employee cycle (onboarding. offboarding, employee retention);
- Creating HR policies and procedures, updating them, setting them up in HR systems (recruiting system; vacation & days-off; hiring week; etc);
- Employee development (PDPs, grade system, Performance review, training programmes, etc);
- Conducting regular 1:1;
