- Assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates for the IT department
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in hiring within Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Engineering domains
- Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews
- Upper-Intermediate English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
