- Lead business requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD)
- Perform gap analysis and risk assessment between business needs and vendor solutions
- Build and maintain requirements traceability matrix
- Support cost estimation and cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reporting, governance and steering committee materials
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise IT projects
- Experience in at least one domain: logistics, automotive or industrial
- Hands-on experience with TOS, CMMS and/or IoT system integrations, digital twins
- Strong vendor management and commercial awareness
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
