Що робити
- Analyze and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements;
- Communicate directly with stakeholders, technical specialists, and project representatives in French and English;
- Analyze existing systems, business processes, user workflows, and data management practices;
- Support migration activities related to GIS platforms and associated services;
- Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst;
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation;
- Experience working with software modernization, migration, or digital transformation projects;
- French — Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level (written and spoken);
- English — Upper-Intermediate level (written and spoken);
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with GIS, geospatial systems, Open Data platforms, or related technologies;
- Experience working on donor-funded or international development projects;
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Experience working with government organizations or public sector initiatives.
