Your expertise:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years of hands-on work with business processes (analysis, redesign, optimization, automation) with demonstrable, measurable results
Solid practical knowledge of BPM concepts and practices per BPM CBOK (process lifecycle, process architecture, performance measurement, process improvement methods)
Confident command of BPMN 2.0 and experience with process modeling tools (e.g., draw.io, Camunda Modeler, Miro or similar)
Strong grounding in BABOK v3: elicitation and collaboration techniques, requirements lifecycle management, requirements analysis and documentation at business and user levels
Experience designing process KPIs / metrics and conducting bottleneck and root-cause analysis
Proven stakeholder management skills — ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive alignment
Experience with Jira and Confluence
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (working language for documentation and communication)

You will be involved into:
Analyze and model business processes in their current (as-is) and target (to-be) states using BPMN 2.0 and BPM CBOK practices: process discovery, modeling, analysis, redesign, and performance management
Identify bottlenecks, waste, and operational risks using structured analysis techniques (root-cause analysis, value stream mapping, process metrics), and develop well-grounded proposals for optimization and automation
Define and track process performance — design process KPIs and metrics, establish baselines, and measure the actual impact of improvements
Elicit, analyze, and document requirements (business and user level) in line with BABOK v3 — facilitating workshops and interviews with stakeholders, validating hypotheses, and ensuring shared understanding between business, product, and IT
Evaluate tools and vendors for process optimization and automation initiatives, comparing options by efficiency, cost, risks, and fit with the existing operating model
Conduct deep research into domains, markets, and industry best practices to reduce uncertainty and help the business make informed rather than instinctive decisions
