Що робити
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements and design specifications for system enhancements, bug fixes, and new features
- Lead discovery activities, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, solution exploration, prioritization, and MVP scope definition
- Maintain Jira backlog items, ensuring proper prioritization, ordering, dependency mapping, and alignment with business objectives. Conduct backlog refinement and prioritization sessions with clients and delivery teams
- Perform story decomposition following INVEST criteria and standard practices. Define acceptance criteria and elicit non-functional requirements from technical stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive functional documentation in Confluence, including system communication, UI copy, internationalization documents, and other project artifacts. Ensure all baseline documentation is updated following requirement changes
Що очікуємо
- Five years of Business Analysis experience in software development projects (at least)
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and requirements management
- Experience leading discovery activities, stakeholder workshops, and pre-sales engagements
- Experience analyzing complex systems, integrations, APIs, and business processes
- Proficiency in process modeling, prototyping, and requirements visualization techniques
