- Actively source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to influence and persuade candidates
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit accurately.
