Що робити

Full-cycle recruitment: from job analysis to the candidate’s start date;
Sourcing and selecting candidates for current clients’ requests;
Processing lead-gen requests and quickly sourcing relevant candidates;
Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates’ hard and soft skills;
Maintaining the candidate database and vacancy reporting (ATS/CRM);

Що очікуємо

1 to 3 years of commercial experience in recruitment within the IT field;
Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the specifics of the IT labor market;
Experience sourcing for rare and complex positions;
Experience using various sourcing resources (LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sources and tools);
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
