- Conduct active and passive sourcing of candidates for support specialist positions and operational roles in a mass-hiring format;
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from first contact to the candidate's start date;
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews;
- Manage 10+ positions open at the same time;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers: identify needs, provide regular feedback on pipeline status;
Що очікуємо
- 1,5+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer;
- Experience in mass/high-volume recruitment;
- Fluent Russian and conversational level (B1+) in one of the following languages: English, Uzbek, Spanish, French;
- Experience handling a large flow of candidates without losing quality or speed;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
