- Experience with digital and marketing roles: SMM, SEO, PPC, Media Buying, Content, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
- Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards and social media
- Ability to write personalized and effective outreach messages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
