Що робити
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for logistics roles.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and high-priority positions such as Carrier Sales, Load Coverage, and Track & Trace.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Reformat and adapt candidates’ resumes to the corporate template before submission to hiring managers.
Що очікуємо
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sourcing or recruitment, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
- Solid understanding of logistics-related roles and terminology.
