- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, problems, goals, and priorities;
- Analyze business requests and translate them into product solutions and initiatives;
- Define solution concepts, scope, MVP, and priorities;
- Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories;
- Own and prioritize the product backlog;
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product role;
- Strong practical experience in food tech, food delivery, restaurant technology or restaurant operations;
- Good understanding of key restaurant and food delivery processes: order lifecycle, menu management, pricing, promotions, payments, delivery, and restaurant operations;
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and development teams;
- Ability to identify the actual business problem behind stakeholder requests and translate it into a practical product solution;
Що пропонуємо
- Experience with POS, KDS, restaurant management systems, delivery platforms, or aggregators;
- Experience working with WordPress / WooCommerce-based products;
- Understanding of marketplace and e-commerce business models;
- Experience working with product metrics, analytics, and KPIs;
- Experience with products involving multiple external and internal integrations;
