- Own and maintain the product backlog, keeping priorities aligned with business goals and strategic objectives
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology
- Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical specifications
- Manage the full product delivery lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements through development, testing, implementation, and post-production support
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders, engineering teams, solution architects, and data science teams
Що очікуємо
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
- Proven experience delivering products throughout the full product lifecycle
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and balancing competing priorities
- Strong collaboration skills with software engineering, architecture, and delivery teams
