Principal Product Manager — US Nonprofit Accounting

• Co-define the product vision with the founder; create, refine, and execute the product strategy and roadmap; prioritize P0—P2 modules against ARR, retention, and usage impact.
• Drive product innovation: apply AI tools across the product and PM workflow, and explore service-as-a-software opportunities (e.g., “Ask Your Grants,” automated compliance outcomes delivered as a service).
• Run customer discovery with non-profit finance leaders (CFOs, grant managers, controllers); turn feedback into validated requirements.
• Define product metrics and a North Star; instrument analytics and use them for prioritization decisions.
• Work daily with the INSART engineering team (Tech Lead, full-stack, QA automation); write clear specs, accept work, keep delivery predictable.
