- Recruitment (about 50–60% of the role at the start)
- Rebuild our hiring process so it focuses on finding talent, not just moving people through stages.
- Own screening and HR interviews so that only strong, well-matched candidates reach the technical team.
- Source proactively: find new channels and communities where security talent lives, and don't wait for applications.
- Run hiring for non-technical roles (sales, marketing, operations) end-to-end.
