HR Generalist / People Partner

• 5+ years in HR/People Partnering and 3+ years in Recruitment at product/tech companies.
• Proven experience with onboarding, 1:1s, 360° / Performance Reviews, retention, and offboarding for teams of 25+ people.
• Ability to close Mid/Senior/Lead tech and non-tech roles using structured interview techniques (behavioral, situational, and values-based).
• Hands-on experience negotiating requirements, facilitating hiring retrospectives, and aligning on team growth.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
