• 🔥 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
• 🔥 Proven experience in the healthcare domain, including a solid understanding of healthcare-related business processes and workflows
• 🔥 Upper-Intermediate (B2) to Advanced (C1) English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to independently lead stakeholder discussions, clearly articulate complex ideas, facilitate meetings, and produce high-quality business and technical documentation
• ▪Ability to generate and iterate on UI screens using AI prompts. Portfolio or relevant work examples required
• ▪Strong requirement analysis skills: ability to ask the right questions, identify gaps, and drive clarity with both clients and developers
