We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.
AI-Driven Engineering Culture
We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on.
AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential—AI amplifies our engineers, it doesn’t replace responsibility for technical decisions.
What you will be doing:
Requirements & Test Case Analysis: Review requirements and manual test cases, identify automation candidates, and determine the most effective automation level, coverage, and testing approach.
Test Automation Development: Design, implement, and maintain reliable API, UI, and integration automated tests using Java and Playwright, leveraging coding agents such as Claude Code or similar tools to accelerate implementation and reduce repetitive engineering work.
Agentic Engineering: Integrate AI coding agents into the daily development workflow — providing project context, decomposing complex tasks, generating and modifying code, running tests, analyzing failures, and iterating on solutions while maintaining engineering ownership over the final result.
Backend Test Design & Automation: Design API and backend test scenarios, using modern AI models to explore non-obvious edge cases, boundary conditions, negative scenarios, state transitions, and complex business flows.
Code Quality & Refactoring: Maintain clean and scalable automation code, modernize legacy patterns, identify technical debt, and use coding agents where appropriate to perform larger cross-project refactoring and codebase analysis.
Code Review: Participate in code reviews, combining engineering expertise with AI-powered code analysis to identify defects, edge cases, regressions, maintainability issues, and potential security concerns.
Test Results & Failure Analysis: Investigate automation failures across logs, reports, stack traces, and execution results, leveraging AI agents to correlate information and accelerate root-cause analysis.
CI/CD: Maintain and improve automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines, including using coding agents to create, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline configurations and automation workflows.
AI Context & Automation Artifacts: Maintain project instructions, reusable prompts, skills, documentation, and other context artifacts that help coding agents understand the automation framework and consistently produce high-quality changes.
AI Tooling & Integrations: Explore and adopt relevant models, agent capabilities, plugins, MCP-based tools, and integrations that can improve automation engineering productivity and reduce manual effort.
Engineering Standards: Follow and contribute to automation architecture, code conventions, quality standards, and project-specific rules for both human- and AI-generated code.
Ownership & Delivery: Plan and estimate automation work, take ownership of assigned initiatives, validate AI-generated solutions, and remain accountable for the quality and timely delivery of the final implementation.
