IT Sales Partner / Business Development Partner (Commission-Based Cooperation) Remote | Partnership Only | Europe & North America Markets

About Us We are a growing IT services company specializing in Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Teams, and Custom Software Development for clients across the US, Canada, and Europe.

We’re looking for independent sales professionals, consultants, recruiters, agency owners, and business development partners ready to close IT services deals on a performance-based model.

Two Ways to Partner With Us

🔥 Track 1 — Warm Leads (Company-Provided) We share qualified, warm opportunities generated through our own marketing and business development activities. You focus on discovery calls, proposals, and closing — not prospecting.

Access to company-generated warm leads

Support from our delivery and technical teams throughout the deal

❄️ Track 2 — Cold Leads (Your Own Pipeline) You bring your own network, contacts, or prospecting efforts and close deals independently, using our delivery capacity and proposals support.

Full ownership of the relationship from first contact to close

Full flexibility — work at your own pace, no dependency on our lead flow

Partners are welcome to work in one track or both simultaneously.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to signed contract

Conduct discovery calls and client meetings

Identify business needs and propose the most suitable engagement model

Prepare and present commercial proposals together with our delivery team

Build strong relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers

Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities

Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, or Software Services

Proven experience closing international B2B deals

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Experience working with US and/or European markets

Understanding of software development services and delivery models

Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Compensation

Warm Leads Track: competitive commission per closed deal (company provides the opportunity)

Cold Leads Track: premium commission per closed deal (partner sources the opportunity)

Individual terms for proven performers with a strong track record

No cap on earnings — the stronger your results, the higher your income
