Що робити
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical roles across the DACH region from intake to offer acceptance
- Conduct in-depth screening and HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical background, motivation, soft skills, and language proficiency
- Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, run intake briefings, and share market insights
- Prepare candidate summaries, present shortlists to clients
- Coordinate technical interviews and facilitate prompt feedback loops to ensure a seamless candidate journey
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience (experience in agency, outstaffing, or dedicated DACH-focused recruitment is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of successfully closing senior-level tech/non-tech positions across diverse stacks.
- Strong interviewing skills and experience conducting competency-based evaluations and candidate deep-dives.
- Solid grasp of modern IT roles, architectures, and technologies.
- Experience in client-facing communication: managing expectations, presenting candidates, and handling feedback would be a strong plus.
