- Finding and engaging new clients in the US and Canada
- Running discovery calls and taking job briefs
- Sourcing and screening candidates for sales, marketing and developer roles
- Managing the interview process between the client and candidates
- Negotiating and closing offers
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience hiring software developers, sales or marketing roles in North America
- Confidence in client communication, including discussing fees and terms
- Advanced English (C1 or higher), fluent in calls with US and Canadian clients
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
