Що робити
- Working closely with our clients on a wide range of contracts in English;
- Analyzing legislation in the EU, Asia, USA and other jurisdictions to help clients comply with relevant laws and regulations;
- Providing expert legal consultancy to clients, both orally and in writing;
- Registering companies abroad, preparing all necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;
- Opening overseas bank accounts, including preparing all necessary documentation for this process;
Що очікуємо
- At least two years of experience in international law;
- English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate level (B2);
- Experience in incorporating companies in the EU and other jurisdictions;
- Experience in opening accounts in banks and payment systems;
- Experience in drafting contracts in English;
