Що робити

Comprehensive HR process management. Supporting specialists throughout the entire employee lifecycle within the group of companies.
Policy and procedure development. Participate in the creation, implementation and regular review of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that these policies are adapted to meet the specific needs of different teams;
Facilitate the onboarding process for managers and ensure they are well understood in HR processes;
Act as a collaborative partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance and support on HR and organizational matters. Ensure that leaders are equipped with the tools and insights needed to inspire and manage their teams effectively;
Employee engagement and satisfaction monitoring. Regularly monitor and assess employee satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience;

This role is for an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with teams, implement modern HR practices, drive process automation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
