Що робити
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate and support the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and assessment sessions.
- Collaborate with managers to identify employee training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Take ownership of employee onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in both multinational companies (Big4, FMCG, etc.) and the IT sector.
- Experience independently supporting a team of 80+ employees as an HR partner.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
- Experience working with competency-based interview methodologies, and/or developing and implementing competency frameworks.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the MS Office suite.
