Що робити
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects across the full SDLC, from discovery and requirements gathering to release and post-launch support
- Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, and budget; track progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams: developers, designers, BAs, and QA engineers
- Act as the bridge between business, medical stakeholders, and the tech team, translating clinical and business needs into clear, actionable backlog items
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
- Mandatory experience delivering projects in the medical domain (HealthTech, MedTech, clinics, labs, pharma, HIS/EHR systems, etc.)
- Understanding of healthcare-specific requirements: handling personal and medical data, data security and compliance, working with clinical staff
- Solid hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to combine it with
- Waterfall/hybrid approaches when needed
