Що робити

Take end-to-end ownership of a complex, long-term Fixed Price project, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Set up project governance, delivery processes, communication, and reporting; translate the SOW into an actionable delivery plan
Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and maintain alignment across customer departments and internal teams
Manage project scope, budget, forecasting, profitability, resourcing, and Change Requests
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively

Що очікуємо

5+ years of experience in IT Project Management within software development or IT services
Proven end-to-end ownership of complex Fixed Price projects, including scope, budget, timeline, profitability, change control, and contractual commitments
Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholder groups, including senior and executive-level stakeholders
Hands-on experience setting up projects from scratch, including team formation, governance, delivery processes, and reporting
Strong financial, scope, Change Request, risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
