Що робити
- Own HR strategy and the people roadmap
- Rebuild and run company-wide performance management
- Design and manage compensation & benefits, including salary architecture, benchmarking and bands
- Drive retention, succession planning and internal talent development
- Handle employee relations and difficult people decisions
Що очікуємо
- Track record leading HR in a product tech company of 50-200 people, ideally through fast growth or new business unit launches
- Proven experience building HR systems from scratch (not just operating within existing infrastructure)
- Demonstrated partnering with founders/C-level where your input directly influenced business decisions
- Experience developing managers, including first-time/inexperienced ones
- Hands-on compensation & benefits expertise: salary architecture, benchmarking, bands, promotion frameworks, comp review cycles

- Experience with distributed teams, ideally Cyprus- or EU-based
- Experience managing multiple product units at different maturity stages within one company.
