- Experience as a Head of Product, Product Lead, or Senior Product Manager.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products is required.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, development, and delivery.
- Experience creating product roadmaps and writing clear requirements.
- Understanding of wallets, payments, trading systems, liquidity, custody, and KYC/AML solutions.
